If a diploma/certificate has been issued by an institution working within the educational system of a country participating in The Hague Convention of 5th October 1961, also called the Apostille Convention, legalization of documents is carried out as a simplified procedure. Instead of a two-step legalisation process, your documents will only need an apostille, usually obtained from the educational authorities or another designated office in your country, without the need to also submit the document to the Polish consul.
