In the year 2024 there will be no more rolling admissions, but instead a few intakes throughout the summer, with a ranking list at the end of each. The best students will be accepted from each intake. Once you receive information that you have been qualified for admission, you will need to pay the remaining fees and submit a set of paper documents within a given deadline in order to be accepted. Please notice that, although we expect that all intakes will take place, we will only be able to open them if there are still any free seats remaining at a given point in time.

*We will contact you throughout the intake to attend an online interview on one of the interview days to be scheduled within the timeframes given above. You will receive the result of the interview shortly afterwards, within 1-2 days, while the final result of your application will depend on your position on the ranking list to be announced at the end of each intake. If you have not been accepted in one intake, you are welcome to reapply in another, however, you can only attend the interview one time in the whole summer. If you are going to receive your secondary school results late in the summer but you would like to attend the interview in advance, please apply in the intake when you plan to do your interview and contact us to let us know. Your interview result will carry over to the intake in which you receive your results. 

The application fee needs to be registered in the IRK/Dream Apply system before it closes and before the interview. If the fee has been paid but has not yet been registered in the system, proof of payment needs to be sent to admission@upwr.edu.pl, and the printed proof of payment needs to be submitted together with the rest of the documents. Proof of payment for fees for international students can also be uploaded to each application in the Dream Apply system.
